All sales are final

Your payment goes straight to the instructor and to KOPYONG the moment you pay, so we can't refund a course because you changed your mind. Watch the free preview lessons and read the course outline before you buy.

Charged by mistake

If you were charged twice for the same course, or paid but never got access, tell us. We'll open the course for you or return the extra charge in full.

How to tell us

Send us a message from the contact page with the payment reference. You'll find it on your Billing page and in your receipt email. Money we return goes back through Paystack to the card or account you paid with, usually within 3 to 10 working days.

Free courses

Free courses have no charge, so there is nothing to refund.
