I paid but can't see my course

Open Billing after signing in. If the payment says Pending, press Check status; Paystack can take a minute to confirm. Still missing? Send us the reference.

Can I get a refund?

Sales are final, but if you were charged twice or never got access, message us with the payment reference and we'll put it right. Read the refund policy.

I can't sign in

On the sign-in page, choose Email me a code. It works even if you never set a password. You can also reset your password.

Can I learn on my phone?

Yes. Courses work in the browser on any phone, tablet, or laptop, and your progress follows you between them.
