These terms apply when you teach on KOPYONG. They sit alongside our terms of use.

Joining is free

Anyone with a KOPYONG account can start teaching, and there is no fee to join or to publish. We review every course before it goes live, and we may ask for changes.

Your content

You keep ownership of your lessons, videos, and materials. You give KOPYONG a licence to host, stream, and sell them to learners, and to use your name, photo, and course details to promote them. Learners who enroll keep access for as long as the course stays on the platform. Only upload work you own or have permission to use.

How you earn

• Your own link: when a learner enrolls through your referral link, you earn 97% of what they paid.
• Through KOPYONG: when a learner finds your course on our site or through our marketing, you earn 50% of what they paid.
• Paystack's payment fee comes out of your part. The rest of each payment is KOPYONG's fee.
• Your referral link only credits your own courses. It lasts 7 days after the learner clicks it.
• We may agree a different share with you in writing; your studio always shows the share that applies.

How you get paid

Paystack splits every payment when the learner pays and sends your part straight to the bank account you confirm in your studio, usually the next working day. We never hold your money. The first payment to a new or changed account waits until we've checked it with Paystack. The account must be a Nigerian bank account in naira, and until you add one your paid courses can't be bought. Your studio lists every sale, and you can download it as a spreadsheet.

No refunds

Sales are final under our refund policy, so your share is never taken back. If a learner was charged twice or never got access, KOPYONG sorts it out with them.

Prices and promotions

You suggest a price for each course; KOPYONG sets the final price and may run promotions. Your share is always worked out on what the learner actually paid.

Conduct

Teach honestly, keep your course accurate, and treat learners with respect. We may pause or remove a course, or suspend an account, for copied content, misleading claims, or abuse.

Leaving

You can stop teaching at any time by contacting us. Existing learners keep access to the courses they bought.
